What happens if I cancel before Humly has managed to find a supply staff for the job?

If we haven’t got back to you with information about filling a booking, this means that we are still looking for somebody. We will do everything we can to try and appoint somebody to the job as quickly as possible.

If you need an answer by a certain time, let us know in the 'do you need a response within a certain time' section when creating your booking and we will get back to you before then. You can also give us a call if you are unsure about our cancellation rules.
