Supply staff must inform Humly of any absence no later than 120 minutes before a job is due to begin. If the supply staff is booked for a job lasting more than one day, then they must let Humly know by no later than 15:00 on the day of absence whether they will be returning to work the next day.
Humly notifies schools of supply staff absences via our booking system. This means that whoever has access to our booking system will receive email updates on the situation. Unless your email specifies otherwise, we will begin looking for a replacement right away.
