Choose a good start time
Your chances of finding supply staff will be higher if you choose a start time that is 1–2 hours from when you make the booking. Few candidates can get to you at short notice and are therefore reluctant to accept bookings even if they are interested and available.
Use flexible start time if possible
Another recommendation is to use the flexible start time tool when creating a booking for the same day. This will allow candidates to see your booking at the original time you would like them to start but also if you are flexible for them to arrive a bit later.
